Ok, i simply have to share this.

In my youth there were a lot of shred guitarists. This means they through technical proficiency are very skilled at playing really Fucking fast. Starting with the likes of Ritchie Blackmore, Uli Jan Roth, Michael Schenker who helped innovate much of it, and in my time Yngwie malmsteen and all his imitators, one name gets routinely left out.

Her name is Katherine Thomas, known to the world through roadrunner records as the Great Kat. Not only can this crazy bitch play faster than everyone i just mentioned, but her riffs were no fucking nonsense. No ballads, no quiet shit unless it was from a classical composition which she frequently played as she is a julliard graduate, specializing in the violin.

I wonder what her teachers are saying now.

Equally amusing is the fact that her lyrics are just plain tongue and cheek. She goes completely over the top and doesn't care. Swisgar from Dethklok would love this chick. And probably hate her at the same time.





Doesn't matter what you're into musically it's just retarded how fast she can play.
